Pon Jayaraman embarked on the journey of establishing the legacy of Bavane Masala in 2009, driven by a vision for a healthier future achieved through the skillful blend of spices and coffee powder. His entrepreneurial voyage commenced in 1993 when he founded a pioneering force in flexible packaging, laying the groundwork for Bavane Masala. Today, the company stands as a testament to its unwavering dedication to quality and taste.

Jaya Sankar, the co-founder of Bavane Masala, collaborates with his father Pon Jayaraman, seamlessly blending tradition with innovation. Alongside his life partner, G.J. Jothi Lakshmi, they collectively uphold the commitment to excellence, ensuring that Bavane Masala remains a trusted name for flavor enthusiasts. Notably, approximately 95% of our company’s workforce consists of women, a deliberate effort aimed at enhancing their social and health status and actively involving them in all progressive initiatives.
